Mindfulness and meditation

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. It helps us change the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.  It is based on the learning of how to just  “be” with you. This creates a sense of present-moment awareness where thoughts cease to be. We all share the same wish and the same right, to seek inner     contentment. A lot of time and energy is spent trying to find inner peace and satisfaction. When the mind is relaxed and at ease, then no matter what difficulties or     crises you encounter, you will not be disturbed.  As a result, you will be able to carry on your everyday life, your work and your responsibilities more efficiently.

Why meditation?

Once our mind is quite and more at peace, then both inner and outer harmony will automatically follow. So, for our own inner peace and stability, taking care of our mind and heart is crucial.
